Cancellation Policy – Basic Services
As a courtesy, please allow 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment (with the exception of special event packages). We value your time and know you value ours. Any cancellation within the 24-hour period is subject to a 50% charge. This allows us to accommodate other clients’ needs. A no call, no show is charged the full amount of the service(s) booked so please give us a heads up!
Deposits for Special Event Packages
Wedding packages require a $150 non-refundable deposit due at the time you schedule your appointment to secure your date. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the package.
All packages must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
Cancellation Policy – Special Event Packages
As a courtesy, please allow 72 hours notice for cancellation of a special event package. Because of the time allotted for special event packages, any cancellations less than 72 hours from appointment will forfeit a refund of your payment.
